Actress Tamannah may not be playing Vijay’s pair in his 50th film, afterall. The actress, who is said to be signed up as Vijay’s heroine in his landmark film, has maintained a grim silence over it. And now, it looks like we know why.

Tamannah is hot property now, after the success of 'Ayan'. She is currently working with Karthi on 'Paiya', and is in the verge of completing her work for 'Kanden Kadhalai'. She is likely to sign Dhanush’s next film. This film will bring together the team of 'Padikkadhavan' again.

Apart from these, the actress is also busy on the Telugu side, and is signing up films in Tollywood too. And now, she has been signed up to play Jayam Ravi’s heroine in his next film, 'Kick', as well.

With Vijay having clarified that news about Tamannah being part of his film is not confirmed, could this just be another story doing its rounds? Well, only the swing of the needles on the clock can answer that question.
